We are a non profit, Christ centered ministry, reaching out to men and women of our community and their families in their time of need. We can help them overcome the effects of many different types of abuse, including, but not limited to, physical, emotional, mental, human trafficking, as well as addiction.
For healing to begin, basic needs and support are musts. We aim meet those needs with housing and encouragement.
Clean Sweep Ministries offers a Christ-centered recovery program for men and women in the Springfield, Missouri area. Part of our program includes sober-living and transitional housing, in which the participants can learn the skills necessary to recover from the hurts of the past while being surrounded by the love and support of other men and women, and our ministry team.
How you can help:
Volunteers and Material Needed
We understand that not everyone can donate time or money, we are also in need of twin beds, bedding, household items, (dishes, pots, pans, microwaves, large and small appliances, etc), womens gently worn clothing and shoes, as well as toiletries.
At this point in our journey we will be needing volunteers who are willing to help with anything, from preparing the building for the women coming in, to helping with life coaching skills, teaching bible studies, etc.
